First Dance Help!

Here are some tips for picking your first dance song… 1. Find a common musical interest. It’s possible you and your fiancé don’t share the same taste in music, narrow down a genre you both like. 2. Look for lyrics that speak to your relationship together. Find lyrics that tell your story. Everyone meets in different way, so not every love song is for you. Once you hear the song you will know it’s perfect for the two of you! 3. Pick a beat you can dance to. Make sure you feel comfortable dancing to the song you chose; you don’t need to hire a ballroom dance instructor. If you don’t feel comfortable dancing to the song you love, ask the DJ if there is a different version of it. 4. Don’t be afraid to be unconventional. If you want a more upbeat song and would prefer not to do an old-fashioned slow dance, by all means go for it! This is your wedding, your first dance and you can express yourself and your relationship they way you would like to! Everyone has “their” song, we hope this helps you find yours!
